These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Svenskaspel developed by JM Mobile Tech ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Svenskaspel mobile application and associated services (the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the Service.
2. License to Use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Service on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. Content and Intellectual Property
All content provided within the Service — including but not limited to recipes, fruit encyclopedia entries, illustrations, icons, photographs, and written text — is the property of Svenskaspel developed by JM Mobile Tech or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use within the Service itself.
4. User-Generated Content
The Service allows you to create personal content such as diary entries, notes, photos, favorites, meal plans, and shopping lists ("User Content"). All User Content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You retain full ownership of your User Content.
You are solely responsible for backing up your User Content. We are not responsible for any loss of User Content resulting from device failure, app reinstallation, or your use of the "Delete All Data" feature.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Attempt to circumvent any security or authentication mechanism
- Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
- Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content provided within the Service
6. Recipes and Nutritional Information
All recipes, tips, and nutritional information provided in the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended as medical or dietary advice. You are responsible for ensuring that any recipe is safe for you and anyone you prepare food for, particularly with respect to allergies, dietary restrictions, and specific health conditions.
Always wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly before consumption and follow safe food-handling practices.
7. No Real Money or Gambling
The Service's spinning wheel feature is a non-monetary recipe randomiser. It does not involve real-money wagering, in-app purchases of chance, virtual currency with extrinsic value, or any form of gambling. No outcomes have monetary or prize value.

The Service may use third-party services for analytics, attribution, and push notifications (as described in our Privacy Policy). These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
